For your convenience, during the situation, Creative Center offers a service with which we can pick up your device for service and deliver the repaired device to your specified address, free of charge for you. This service applies only for individual end-customers with devices such as iPhone, iPad, Watch, Beats or Mac portables (laptops). To do this, you need to make a request by sending us an email to - service@creativecenter.bg
* In case a diagnostics of an out-of-warranty device has been performed and hardware repairs are not continued, the transport costs should be covered by the customer.

• Damage caused by modifications, unauthorized service or misuse are not covered by Apple Limited Warranty, if found paid services will be offered.
• Apple Limited warranty does not apply to any software, paid service will be offered.
• Before submitting your Apple Product for service you should make separate backup copy of the contents. The contents of your Apple Product may be erased in the cource of service.
• Data backup I a paid service.
• The replacement Apple part or product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage. Replaced items becomes Apple’s property.
• Creative Center is not responsible for items left over 3 months.

Receiving your iOS devices for service and repair (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch)

To accelerate and facilitate adoption of your iOS devices for service, please make sure you have completed these steps before you come to us:

In most situations, diagnosis and repair of the device include its formatting. To avoid losing valuable information for you, make sure that you use iCloud sync and backup that you made on your computer. Creative Center Ltd. can offer backup and restore data for an additional fee.

Remove protective foil and stickers placed on the hulls and buttons on the device as they obstruct the inspection and repair of the device also can not always be removed and reinserted.
When sending your device for service via a courier the package must be accompanied by information involving your full names, phone number and email address, in order for us to contact you, a short description of the problem and the necessary documents for a warranty repair (original payment receipt and warranty card). One of our employees will handle your device and send a service protocol to the email address that you have provided.
If the device is not yours and you are bringing it on behalf of another person, please provide the details of the problem, if there is valuable information and whether the function Find My iPhone is stopped.
Payment methods
Possible ways to pay for your device's servicing: Be prepared that with payment via EasyPay branch network, there is a commission of about 1% of the amount due. The specific value of the commission will be reported to you at EasyPay's office.
