How can I order ?

You can make an order also without registration /as a Guest/. In this case, however, will not be able to view your previous orders. • To register, you need to provide correct your contacts - name, surname, email address, desired password for a user account, country and region, town, zip code, address, telephone number. If you want a proform invoice, you need to fill correctly your company's data. • The information you provide during registration is confidential and will not be used or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. • The selected product will be delivered by courier to the address specified by you. • If you have any special instructions for delivery of your product, please describe them in designated field. • To finalize your order, you must agree with the terms of use, which you have previously met. • Creative Center Ltd. has the right to change prices and product descriptions at any time without any notice. • All prices are for 1 /one/ piece, VAT included, unless otherwise expressly stated. • Delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated. • In case the customer provided an incorrect information, Creative Center Ltd. has the right to reject or cancel the order without any payment of penalties or other charges. • In case of mistakes in the published information, Creative Center Ltd. has the right to refuse enforcement of an order. If the customer has made the payment already Creative Center Ltd. will repay the customer the amount, without paying penalties or other fees. • Applications can be made at any time of the day. Orders are processed on weekdays between 9:30 a.m. and 18:30 p.m.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery of the ordered products to your address in Bulgaria, will be made within 2 working days from order confirmation for available products and within 5 to 10 working days for unavailable for the moment items. These time limits are valid in the case of payment by cash (cash courier at the time of delivery) and after receipt of payment by bank transfer or debit / credit card. Delivery is made by courier SPEEDY.

Is it possible delivery abroad?

No, it is not possible.

How are the products packaged?

The products you buy from our store are in original packaging from the manufacturer. They travel in a transport package to the courier and are insured to the declared value.

Can I return a product?

According to the Bulgarian Law on consumer goods received by the customer due to the nature of online commerce may be returned within 7 days of purchase, with no explicit reason for this, as long as the condition of the goods are the same as at the time of its transmission from the store to the customer (including packaging intact). Exception of goods carried on electronic media / software, eg. / - they are not subject to such return.
